Here's a Thought !

I've watched Sand Crabs dig burrows, just to be washed away by the waves. I see the Sea as the destroyer. But the Crab needs that Sea - to bring it food and moisture.

What I see as a negative is actually what the Crab needs to survive. So, when you're having negative thoughts - should you try and see it from the Sand Crab point of view?
